Prices displayed are in Australian dollars.
I accept payments via PayPal and credit cards. Don’t have a PayPal account? Don’t worry, on check out, you can select the option to pay via credit card without having to sign up to PayPal.

PACKAGING & SHIPPING


Once payment clears, I will post your order to you within 1-2 business days. All orders come in Curated Label's signature black box or black velvet bag depending on the order.

I love bubble wrap so I make sure your orders have ample wrap to prevent breakage during transport too x

CUSTOMS & TAX


Custom taxes, import duty, valued-added tax (VAT), or any other custom-related levy is the responsibility of my customers. I cannot make any guarantees on whether any shipments will or will not incur custom-related levies, so please contact your local customs office for more information. Curated Label will not be liable for any customs or tax duties and fees.


REFUND POLICY


If you are unhappy with your order, please contact me within 5 business days of receiving your order so we can get any issues sorted out for you. Please email Nikki at curatedlabel[at]gmail.com if you have any questions or concerns and I will be more than happy to help :)


To arrange a refund, you must:


1. Contact me within 5 business days of receiving your order.


2. Items must be unworn and unused and in its original packaging.


3. Pay for postage to send the item back to me, and upon receipt, I can then send the refund back via the same payment method used.


Please note that postage cost paid from ordering the item and the postage cost of sending the item back to me will not be refunded, you must cover these costs.

Unfortunately, I do not offer exchanges on any items. No refunds on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
